Bought some of their socks
in the sale, and I've only been wearing them half a day and they've gone all matted and bobbly on the bottom
ive had a couple of of other pairs of wool socks and not had this problem with them
I phoned them up and they won't send me a free returns label even though they are faulty , and they want to " check they are faulty" before they will refund me. The man was quite rude really too
Makes you realise how good Johnnie's customer service is {sigh}
