why do they take your name and address? Do they monitor how many things you take back and when it comes to a certain number they tell you off?!

I'm a big fan of Jigsaw but have been fairly appalled recently by their returns policy - they are very strict about the two weeks thing - which for busy people with kids is no time at all. I once bought something which was no good (I often buy without trying to save time - not anymore though), took it back, exchanged it for something else which was more expensive, without trying, still no good, took the second thing back a fortnight after getting it and they tried to tell me that they could only refund the difference between the two items - because effectively a tenner or so of the price had been spent three weeks ago, not two (convoluted story, I doubt you're still with me...). I just laughed and told them they were being ridiculous. Jigsaw's not a cheap shop and, at the risk of sounding a bit uppity, when you spend that sort of money you expect to be buying it off someone who has heard of the concept of customer service and who actually values your custom. such a shame that a) Jigsaw is the nearest shop to home and very often I can't be bothered to walk any further into town and b) it's the only shop I really like. otherwise I'd stop shopping tehre. cor that was a bit of a rant
