Trousers for super slim dd - age 5

my dd has the waist of a 3 year old and the leg length of a 5 year old. She hates adjustable waists as they are uncomfortable - I have to pull them to the nth degree. Leggings are an option, but not warm enough for this time of year. Anyone else found a solution? Have posted before on this - but hoping for more suggestions

I have a tall and skinny one too she's just 5 and in 7 year old clothes for length but has the waist of a 2 year old. Marks and spencer jeans fit her well and pumpkin patch too bit i find them a bit expensive.

Never had any luck finding stuff that isn't adjustable though sorry

I ended up using leggings, sometimes two pairs in the cold, and also found Levis slim fit worked with an elastic belt.

What size m&s jeans do you buy her - gosh she is tiny - waist wise. Thought of going down the dungarees route - but can't find any in her size

we buy 5 to 6 or 6 to 7 jeans depending on length and then, to be completly honest with you, I try to shrink them

M&S do a essentials range and sll jeans for a fiver.. DD has every style

I got some dungarees in next the other week actually, they are really nice but i cant find them in the directory. I had to buy her a 7 in them and they only just fit. It's crazy !

Her Grandads nickname in Spider... i think DD takes after him, she's all arms and legs !

I am short and fat !

Thanks - will look in m&s and next
I used to be really skinny when I was young, but my mum used to make clothes.
