family proceeding court hearing re my DD and vile XP

any hoo.... Ive been umpteen times over the last year, and have run out of ideas of what to wear.

Dress me girls, dress me!!!!

(I hate feeling a frump infront of x and x's new woman who is a stick insect and with perfect skin)

You want to be comfortable.

I would go for matching separates - sort of mumsy but smart. If you don't normally wear a suit then don't.

What have you worn before?

What do you have available? I tend to favour the shift dress with shirt under/cardi over/scarf at neck type of thing. But that's me. I bought the vivienne westwood scarf dress in the mywardrobe sale, which is lovely (thanks whoever recommended)too and would be appropriate.

Are you planning to buy something new today?

If you are wanting to buy something new, I'd try Phase Eight..I'd keep your clothes fairly structured, even if not a suit.

You could go down the Tamara Mellon (owner of Jimmy Choo) route for court appearances - pencil/fitted skirt, heels, cardigan with thin belt over the top. Very chic.
