Yes, I used them in Australia and found them excellent. Have just ordered a lipgloss from their eBay site and awaiting delivery of that. They were the cheapest place to buy what I wanted, which was Guerlain perfume and Lancome lipgloss.

Thats good to hear - thank you. My cousin is looking for Kanebo products in oz and not finding any stockists, but strawberry.net does seem to stock everything.

I think DH ordered from them and got stung with a customs charge . . .

Barbsieboo · 27/01/2010 12:45

Yes, I did, ages ago, very cheap at the time. I think you do have to watch the customs though.

franke · 27/01/2010 12:48

Yep, I got stung with a customs charge too, ordering from the UK. And I kept getting masses of promotional emails from them despite unsubscribing several times.

Bramshott · 27/01/2010 13:05

Our customs charge was ordering from the UK too. I wouldn't use them again purely because of that - it's a pain to have to pay that separately later on.

bunnymother · 27/01/2010 19:41

Hmm, I have ordered my lipgloss using UK eBay but the product is coming from Hong Kong - will let you know re customs charge...

ColdBunny · 27/01/2010 19:48

I was charged £30 + by UK customs, but I wrote to Strawberry.net and they refunded every penny.

bunnymother · 27/01/2010 22:22

Hmm, are you a cousin of mine?

barbara3 · 27/01/2010 23:41

also curious for myself ............ in the UK you never have to worry if a certain brand is available and overseas its not soooo easy.... Bunnymother did you pay extra for your stuff in oz???

faustina · 28/01/2010 06:21

I got stung by customs too

bunnymother · 02/02/2010 10:47

Lancome lipstick just arrived, nicely packaged and no customs problems. But then, value was only £18, so perhaps didn't trigger any customs charges as too cheap.

shopalot · 02/02/2010 15:49

I got stung by customs but e-mailed Strawberry with the customs receipt which I had to scan and send and they refunded the custom charges. I wouldn't order again from them though as it was a PITA
