..well I think it is (and I've tried a few)

Now, I know it's only Avon and not super £ but it's brill. This one. I think it must be to do with the brush but tis v good.

my friend is an Avon rep and she highly recommends this one.

I love it too - have used loads of others but the brush on this one is fantastic!

I find mascara (well any makeup really) can be an expensive mistake to make. So often I've been disappointed but this one - I'm delighted with it.

i am sure this one is 3 pound in the current brochure
