Is there an alternative to Toast and Boden?

I like Boden clothes (most of the time) and love Toast clothes (when I can afford it) but is there an alternative? Can anyone recommend another brand which falls somewhere in between?

Phase eight is a bit Bodeny I think. Quality not quite as good.

Have a look at the "I've gone right off Boden" thread - a lot of links in there. In particular Inis (they sell various different brands).

an eclectic range of clothing inspired by the Hebrides

jobie you might just have to shop around and get the look in a mix of shops.

Marks seem to delight in Boden rip off hotch potchy style cardis and long sleeved tops

I am wearing an oversized Toast type shirt from Uniqlo But I think its the accessories which really make Toast look like Toast, snoody hoods and rumpled boots

This website was recommended to me by someone that I regard as being well dressed. Still no got around to ordering anything myself though, so can't vouch for them personally.
