boys coat

Can anyone point me in the direction of a decent boys coat for my 3 year old?

I don't really like anorak/puffa style so I am after something classic, probably wool and buttons.

Obviously despite the cold weather the websites are full of shorts and t-shirts.

We got DS a lovely navy blue duffel coat from designers at Debenams, its got toggle buttons and a zip hidden underneath and it came with a lovely tartan scarf. Everyone comments on how smart is looks. He looks so cute in it, especially with his skinny jeans and a wee shirt. He wore it Christmas day

I think it cost about £35 but not sure, DP paid for it.

My DS also has a wool navy duffle from Debenhams, it's JuniorJ. I believe they also do it in brown. Cosy and classic. Just had a peek on the website and can't find it, but they had them instore the other day, I think they were reduced to £22 or so??

No, I wasn't sold on the Vertbaudet one either but elsewhere seemed either sold out in anything over 2yrs or just totally yuck. Hope you find something decent - and if you do, post here so I can get too!

There is a nice navy one in Cyrillus in the sale but still is 90odd euros!! It does have real horn buttons though.

*Tethersend I love the monsoon duffle and the expensive one is very little lord fauntleroy - which I rather like but DH would not have under any circumstances!

mrsbadger first one was just what I was after but sadly out of stock.

Must say it is terribly helpful only being able to but shors and swimwear in Jan!
