Got my gorgeous bag on Thursday, used it for the first time on Friday and twice the zip broke - you know where you shut it but it splits open?
Has anyone else had this problem with a bag? Doesn't do it all the time but the fact it's done it twice during one use is enough. I haven't used it since. Rung them but the person I need to speak to is out so waiting for them to ring me back.
