Retreat or spa weekend in the SE

Anyone know of somewhere within easy reach of London (have a car) to go for a relaxing weekend when pregnant? There may be 1 or 2 friends with me that are also pregnant. Somewhere that does yoga/pilates, has a pool and massage treatments is what I'm after.

I can recommend Nirvana - they do special packages for pregnant ladies too I believe. You can't actually stay there, but there is a nice hotel locally and a friend of mine got a deal through Lastminute when she was pregnant that included hotel stay and spa day at Nirvana. www.nirvanaspa.co.uk.

I would recommend Sopwell HouseHotel, Country Club and Spa in St Albans, Herts. It is a lovely hotel with a gorgeous spa ad grounds. I usually go a few times of year with a few of my girlfriends and have been when pregnant. They do a great deal called the Lazy Sunday and another that goes fri/sat. Really worth the money - it is £89 per person and for that you get:

Overnight accommodation
3 Course Evening meal
Full English breakfast
Buffet Lunch - Monday
Full use of spa, pool (sauna,steam, jacuzzi and lovely comfy loungers) for the 2 days.
Late check out of 1pm
And £20 credit towards a 1 hour spa treatment

We usually book a few extra treatments too. It is really lovely and fabulous value for money. Have a lovely time wherever you decide to go!

I don't know if they do yoga, but bailiffscourt is lovely. Bit further away, but very very lovely.

Grayshott is gorgeous. Just been there. 40 mins from SW London. Just south of Guildford. Has everything you are looking for and they do specialist packages such as 'pregnancy'.

Careys Manor nice (only been to restaurant though) and does pregnancy pampering stuff in the spa.

You could try Fair Oak Farm, near Mayfield, East Sussex. www.fairoakfarm.co.uk Speak to the owner, Ian... not sure if they organise retreats themselves or have retreat organisers do it for them but I know they've had a few retreats there and it's a superb venue and location. We stayed recently and it was superb.. they have a new spa treatment studio and I recall the owner talking about Mum & baby retreats which I'm thinking about.
