Lipstick that stays put but doesn't dry lips?

Is there such a thing?

I want a lovely lipstick that feels nice to put on and stays on for at least a couple of hours. I'm fed up of looking haggard after 5 mins reapplying all day.

Needs to be cheap cos I'm skint!

Any recommendations?

Ime no. However, if you use a lipstain such as bourjois and put the longlasting lipstickover the top, i find it less drying . There's a reason they give you the gloss with it.

I use Lipfinity when I need to look made up all day and won't have time to reapply, and I don't think it dries out my lips

No 7 do a lip primer stuff in a twist up and that used to keep my lippy looking good for longer
