Hadn't heard of them, but there seems to be some good stuff on the website. Have ordered catalogue (no good at online browsing) in an attempt to continue updating of currently awful wardrobe!

Would be interested to hear if anyone has used them tho'.

I had some stuff from them a couple of years ago. I've machined washed everything- I don't "do" handwashing. Quality pretty good; sizing as expected except for shirts which were big. But do you know, I kind of feel like it was all a bit frumpy. Don't get me wrong- I'm not trendy- but it was a bit "old" I think. (I'm 34).

I've bought some things from them before. I think they do some lovely stuff - some of it more on trend than others, some things are v good wardrobe staples which whilst not hugely trendy are durable classics. Can't remember about sizes but quality v good. They aren't cheap though - I have my eye on the 'pom pom' scarf in the new catalogue but for £49, I'd be wanting half an outfit not an accessory!

I ordered some tops from them and found their customer service absolutely shocking. Their carrier "lost" the first parcel by supposedly leaving it outside the front door of a locked office building on a holiday weekend - what they called " delivering to a secure place"

They sent another parcel ( to my home address) which arrived safely but all the tops were too big. When i returned them they refused to give me a refund on the basis that they were a replacement!!!!!

they eventually gave me my money back very reluctantly, as if they were doing me a big favour

Hi, I have ordered from them a few times as I like the muted colours that they seem to favour. The sizing is hit and miss, I've had tops in a size 8 through to a 12 so it can be a bit of a pain having to reorder to get the right size.
Hope this helps
