m & s online, ordered and says delivered but it's not!

ordered something on 1/7 and tracked it, said it was delivered on 7/1 but it wasn't! have emailed them. what would they usually do in these circumstances?

Aren't M & S deliveries signed for? I sometimes take in parcels for my neighbours but usually have to sign that electronic doo dah thing.

I haven't ordered anything from M & S for ages but would have thought so. I guess you just need to wait for their response. Hope you get somewhere.

Ring them and play merry hell! People can avoid an email. Happened to us once and was there mistake - hadn't been sent at all so they gave us a voucher!

I had this before - said that it had been delivered when it hadnt - I rang and spoke to customer services - they were v helpful and v nice - sorted it out, contacted courier and parcel arrived next day. Better to call than email imo.

I didn't have to get shirty with anyone - lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful - at no time was there any suggestion that they did not believe me despite their records saying differently.

I had this and eventually they tracked it to a neighbour. Neighbour had held package for 2 wks thiking i should collect it. No card thru' my door from courier hence my non-collection. Neighbour gave me a lecture about my rudeness as if I deliberately left it there. Then m&s sent me the same order again for free which I kept. Have never ordered from them again so sound like they haven't improved.

i rang them, they were really helpful and gave me the no for local sorting office, where it is will collect tomorrow.

Hi south, I've just had a nightmare with M&S online.

They said they'd dispatched an order 2 weeks and debited my account accordingly After it didn't turn up I contacted them and they admitted it was never sent and now all the items were out of stock!

Have now emailed Stuart Rose directly. More hopeful about your situation though as they seem to have delivered it. If I were you I'd call rather than email as you will certainly get a faster response. Good luck

It was east.

I've heard not so good things about M&S online not letting buyers know when products are out of stock. I'm hoping that my cheeky email might get me some vouchers though!
