.. has just started - and guess what? I can't order anything I had my eye on. The website's gone kaput!

bloody hell - have been on it since 11.30pm and i can't order either - what to do? wait or go to bed and try again at 7am?

well I did kind of get my order through, but it died right at the last minute - now I have no idea if it was processed or not! Think I'll just give it up now as a bad job..

I sooo wanted to treat myself - I bought dp a gift set (PJs, long sleeve t, some "scuffs" - otherwise known as slippers -, and a DVD). It was ace and he loves it. Now I want some!

AM bloody fed up with trying to get onto here - keeps saying the web site is broken!!!

i've been calling since before 9.30am and still no luck - website is just beyond a joke now. almost want to not bother out of principle!!!

for those interested in the cardigown (which i was) and haven't been on the site yet, they've only got the 2008 style in the sale - same for sloppy joe jumper!!
PJ bottoms good value at £15 (from £25) and i'm desperate to get some of the knitted trousers but am feeling like i want to give up now and buy full price somewhere else!!!

have you had any luck yet? The website still seems to be down. I did manage to order 2 things last night, but wanted to have another look today - I was interested in the knitted trousers as well, but couldn't face any more last night!

FINALLY SUCCESS!!! can you believe it - nearly 14 hours later ................... bought the cardigown in brown (though not convinced of the colour so will wait to see it in the flesh), PJ bottoms and a pair of knitted trousers.
don't think i've ever seen a website so clearly unprepared for its shoppers!!

OMG it took me ALL day to place an order! I had the website in the background at work and just kept refreshing etc whenever I got a chance. Have had order confirmation so hopefully will also get order despatch soon...am more excited about getting some little PJs for DD than me though!

Hi. I'm Mandy and hush is my company - so I'm here to apologise to you all for the failings of our website today and to thank those of you who did make it all the way through for your patience.

Our only defence is that we were supposed to have a new website online a couple of months ago which could cope with the kind of traffic we got today, but it has been delayed and delayed.

Anyway, sorry - the website's working a bit better now but in the meantime if there's anything I can do to help out, please let me know.

Thanks Mandy - I think the fact that most of us spent all day trying to order says something (positive) about Hush and your products. My husband bought me some PJs for Christmas and I think it's fair to say you have a new customer as a result!

Would love to see some more products for kids though...

I managed to place an order last night and queried the price on a couple of things.

Very nice lady poned me first thing to sort it out - so good customer service.

And unlike bloody Brora and their crappy VIP sale - at least we all got to have a go at looking on the site.

So what did we all order? I went for the button back dress, knitted leggings, cardigown and pj's for baby dd.

I've been trying all day and still can't get on it.

I want the pink winter nightie and the navy lace-trimmed nightie, and maybe some legging things if I can ever get to look at them.

Little Penguin - IME, you won't be disappointed I have a stack of stuff from the A/W collection and I love all of it. It is such good quality and I have had lots of compliments about the items.

I am being good and trying to stay away.........

Right, just wasted 20 mins only to discover one item now sold out, couldn't even get the other to display, gave up on any intentions to browse further.

I'm so pissed off - I actually logged on to buy these in the New Year (first time in years I can actually afford to treat myself to two decent nighties) but thought I'd wait for the sale - how stupid am I?!
