Nice pyjamas for a 1 year old?

I've decided to buy some nice pyjamas for my friend's daughter's first birthday. Always seem to see gorgeous ones when I'm not looking, but now I can't find any. Any suggestions?

Looked around the shops today without success so decided to get them online (need them next weekend) but seems to be easier said than done

I guess it's the time of year - shops still selling off sale stuff and new stuff not in yet

I really like mini mode pjs in boots and you get to gain advantage card points

Thanks Compo nothing on there at the mo but a nice stripy dressing gown that might do instead if no pyjamas found. Advantage points always required for work lunches!

I swear by Primark. My boss sent me thee and their brushed cotton stuff is lovely (and cheap)

There's nothing better than linen pj as linen as a fabric is beatable and allergy free.

I love these

Particularly the gingham flower range and the polka dot range at the minute.

Gap do gorgeous pyjamas, quite expensive but maybe ok for a present depending on your budget. They don't sell online though.

Asda had some in their baby/toddler event which were nice, and quite cheap - they might still be at a low price.

Sainsbury's have all their TU clothes on sale at the moment too. They do nice sleepsuits but haven't looked at their pjs.

Mothercare have a few nice ones too in amongst all the character ones - look in their baby clothes section on the website rather than toddler clothes.

another vote for primark brushed cotton. Dd2 off nursery ill today and sitting beside me wearing ones with monkey faces all over them and I could EAT her all up she looks so yummy in them

Sainsburys often has nice one and Boots too.

White Company or Boden?

John Lewis do some lovely ones but I've found them to be a strange size - designed for long thin babies rather than short chubby ones.

I got the DCs a pair each of very cute gingham ones in the White Company sale, they are lovely and soft and very cute. Way too expensive at full price though IMHO.

Another vote for Primark pjs!
