I'm just finishing my current bottle of Chanel VitaLumiere. It's been quite good but I fancy trying something else. Can anyone recommend something similar, or better?

Mrs SB,I have recently converted from Bobbi Brown to Maybelline dream satin or somesuch, and I love it!
Was £& in Superdrug, gives al lovely finish that lasts all day.
I am terrible for buying foundations though, but as I am on the 'Use it up' thread I will endeavor to use it up(!)
before I try another!
Was a firm believer in more up market foundations, but have to say I am very impressed with this one.

Oh dear I was going to suggest Vitalumiere when I clicked on your post....

I like the new Max Factor one - it is called Perfect Skin or Second Skin or something like that. I tried a sample of Vitalumiere the other day though and got two complements at work about how nice my make up looked - so maybe you should stick with that?

Giorgio Armani foundations are my absolute favourites!

Janeite - that is very interesting - I used to get compliments too when I started using it. Maybe I should stick with it or else I risk buying something else, not getting on with and end up buying another vitalumiere anyway - wasteful!

Yes - was it you who mentioned false economies on the not buying anything thread too? You are right!

I use Biotherm products and love them. I tried this from YSL over the summer and loved it at first but have since returned to Biotherm as it feels a lot more natural somehow.

Agree that armani foundations are amazing.
