Gillette breeze...i think thats what they called, the razors with the shave gel either side of the blades? Quick short back and sides in the shower most days....

Mshalfcut · 07/01/2010 16:03

I tend to plait mine

bargainhuntingbetty · 07/01/2010 16:03

I find that razor removal is terribly terribly itchy which is why I am on here looking for ideas

Shaving only gets itchy if you let it grow back.

I have an epilator which has a shaving head on it. Its a Philips one I think. Once weekly de-fuzz does me, top to toe,(literally toes too) epilate legs and shave pits and bits.

Sorted.

Get yourself a Braun Silk and Soft shaver- no itchy scratchy regrowth (unless you go totally bald). The trimmer setting is nice and neat and very quick.

Meeely3 · 07/01/2010 16:10

used to be bald as a coot, but had to shave every other day to stop itching, hence the Breeze, because it's easier than having to used shave foam each time. Now grown myself a lovely landing strip, but shave the sides every day again to stop itchy regrowth...

TitchyWitch · 07/01/2010 16:12

I have a Philips thing which has a trimmer, epilator and shaver. Still too scared to use the epilator though so trim with the trimmer thing (has grades like hair clippers) and shave off the odd stray hair with the trimmer without the comb thing. Having said that I had laser hair removal a few years ago for the side bits so much easier than it used to be. I used to shave those bits bit always got ingrowing hairs which went yucky.

purplepeony · 07/01/2010 16:12

urg! Who could be arsed to shave lady bits daily?

Mine get a quick trim in the summer if I am going to be in a swimsuit. Otherwise, the stray ones get a quick going over when I remember with a ladies razor once in a while.
I am just as nature intended. Luckily not too much growth outside the panty area.

bargainhuntingbetty · 07/01/2010 16:14

Ah so do it every day and it wont itch. Bit of a pain tho is it not???? HHHmmm and watching this thread with real interest

mach fusion power i think

does a good job anyway

YanknCock · 07/01/2010 16:14

When my last bikini trimmer died, I got one of those new Wilkinson sword thingys with the battery operated trimmer on one end and regular razor on the other. I have a leg/bikini/bum/tum wax once a month, trim the ladygarden with the trimmer, and shave the pits with the razor end.

paulaplumpbottom · 07/01/2010 16:17

Her name is Stella. She is great with my Hollywoods

BigusBumus · 07/01/2010 16:20

Get DP to wax me when I've had a few wines, so doesn't hurt as much. Use razor "underneath" though.

LastTrainToLapland · 07/01/2010 16:29

Nail scissors! I keep it cut very very short and don't really like epilators near there. And I will NEVER allow wax anywhere near my fanjo!

Sometimes I do use dh's shaving thingie, but not very often. Much prefer trimming with scissors.

Meeely3 · 07/01/2010 16:30

not really a hassle, I shower every morning anyway, so just run the razor over the required area while the conditioner is doing it's thing - I'm not in the shower for more than 10 mins...

cakeywakey · 07/01/2010 16:39

My bikini paragraph gets epilated, the rest is trimmed with a pair of scissors on a regular basis. I used to wax, but it hurt waaay to much.

bargainhuntingbetty · 07/01/2010 16:40

I have tried a normal razor which itches. Immac which burns. My DH electric razor which I cannot see properly so I always miss bits. Scissors which again I miss bits. I am hopeless lol

Tidy? Why do you tend to lose bits of yours? Can you buy a lady-bits tidy perhaps. For the dressing table?

displayuntilbestbefore · 07/01/2010 16:44

Would definitely say that if you want to wax go to a salon to get it done professionally otherwise you could end up with a lot of pain and unsightly burny bits

bargainhuntingbetty · 07/01/2010 16:45

Lady bits tidy???? I dont lose bits, I MISS bits
