how to sell/give away wedding dress

I have my wedding dress carefully cleaned and packed up sitting in a drawer. I have come to the conclusion that there is no point in me hanging on to it, yes it's lovely, but I'm never going to wear it again and would love someone else to enjoy it.
What have other people done with their dresses?

I think you should just keep it for prosperity for any future females in your family that may like to look at it or dress up in it or even borrow it - imo it is something you can hoard with no guilt.

i thought the same as you but discovered that it's quite hard to sell if you want to get a decent price - it's a flooded market place! accordingly mine is sitting in a wardrobe at my parents' house, 7 years later... would be interested to know if anyone did have significant success!

prosperity is not the word is it?? is another word begininng with p that means for the future .....darn i cant think ....

Perhaps you are right... but don't they go all yellow and manky after a bit?
