Anyone got the Boden Classic Cords from AW09/10?

I ordered a pair in slate which arrived today. They are fab - very flattering indeed. However....they are a wee bit snug on the waist but think the 10 might be a little too loose . But stupidly didn't order both sizes.

If you have these, can you tell me if they "give" or loosen much on wearing?

I have found this to be the case with other trousers of theirs which fit on the "natural waist" (eg the straightleg cotton crops) which are very close fitting for the first 30 mins of wearing and then "relax"

Have them in ten. No give after wear. Plus, my fella thinks they look mumsy from behind. Hmmm

DH likes the rear view in those cords......not particularly from a sartorial perspective......just that he has good view of my bottom
