Can anyone recommend a pair of boots for walking in the ice/snow,they must be warm, waterproof & have really good grips.

I have timberlands but i still slip in these & i have uggs but again they are slippy.

Or should i just get a pair of wellies?

I've had theseboots for a couple of years now and they are fantastic.. they are warm and have a good tread... I wear them daily for walking the dog and wouldn't be without them...

The socks-over-shoes thing totally works! Everyone's sold out of ice grips, so I tried it today - brilliant! Thanks for the tip.
