Skin gone haywire, help!

Its drying out, getting pimples etc, I know its down to the cold and the central heating, is there anything I can do!

try washing your face with a muslin cloth - it gentle exfoliates at the same time as cleaning. I use one all the time and rarely get spots.

Could you try using some kind of cream / serum to stop it drying out? I use the No 7 protect and perfect one.
