Yes! After DS1 I used one for 6 weeks, 5 times a week and I dropped a dress size. I've just had (well 3 months ago) DS2 and am going to start using it again.

you have to keep using it but mine slowly seemed to work. pads have gone a bit jellyish so probably worth stocking up before you begin.
