Why can I never find anything I like when I have money to spend?

Downside of having a birthday near Christmas, the shops are full of sales rubbish or are already getting their summer stuff in. The past couple of years I have actually bought things to wear in spring/summer and put them away but it would be nice to get something I could wear now.

Anyone got any suggestions on what to buy with £100 or so?

Something cashmere? Brora sale is staring soon I think. It's so worth the investment and you'll get tons of wear from it.

What do you need? A big cosy cardigan that you can wear indoors now and as a spring coat going forward would be a good buy for £100.

That's a good idea Bonsoir - I do have a long cardi which I wear loads so a second one would be good. Anyone seen any nice ones? Or have they all sold out?

I could also do with another pair of boots for daytime but fear it is too late in the season to find any I like...
