Traditional toddler underpants

Not exactly 'style' I know, but hopefully someone can help. 3.4yr DD is forever hoiking her pants from her crotch - they are cheapo supermarket ones I bought in bulk. I think the elasticated legs are irritating her. The size 2-3 are a bit baggy on her but 18-24month size are OKish on the legs but snug around her middle. I'm therefore looking for underpants similar to those sold by White Company or Boden which appear to have flat cotton non-elasticated legs - unfortunately they are out of stock. It will need to be online as I'm out in the sticks with very limited shops. I did try her in small boys boxer trunks but understandably she was having none of it!

this site has some which look quite plain, also some on here which seem to have some little girl shorts. If you google organic cotton children's underwear, there are several online places. HTH

Petit Bateau used to sell them years ago, not sure about now

Thanks you. I'd seen the Damtam site and have ordered some shorts and the briefs to try out. None of my previous googles had come up with much of use. I've looked at the Petit Bateau site but I can't quite tell if their pants have elasticated legs or not. Am I right in thinking that they don't have an UK site?

As a child I used to have loads of Absorba underwear but they don't seem to make anything similar now. I've just realised that the Boden pants are in the spring preview so I may wait for a decent discount code and order some of those. I'm a bit reluctant to spend £20 on 7 pants when I can get 10 for around £3.50!

Lots here at spirit of nature - we have bought from them before and the pants wash well (been through 2 DS and are v. comfy).

My two find them comfier than the petit bateau ones.

Great. Hope they suit your DD.

I got some from Lidl last year which are fabulous. Good interlock cotton and bound edges & waistband rather than elasticated. Matching vests too. They repeat items stocked after a while so will keep a watch out for you

Thanks for that tadders. I think I've seen them there too - but usually bigger sizes. I'll pop in when I'm next in town on the off-chance.
