I have been dithering for a few months. I used to hate them, but am sort of seeing the point now. Anyone care to share their opinions?

define 'best' in this context

Heat reports:

'Best Trend - The 2009 looks that are as trendy as Booby Bloody Trendy'

'Ugg Boots (ranked at no.4) : Why would anyone want to give up wearing their comfy, waterproof-soled slippers outside eh?'

So it's official, wearing Uggs is what the kids on the street are doing. Think I will give mine an outing tomorrow . Bobby Bloody Trendy I am .

Booby Bloody Trendy or Bobby Bloody Trendy?

Not that either makes sense to me, mind.

Hulababy · 02/01/2010 16:48

I have Ugg Classics and love them. They are so cosy and warm, and have stood up to both rain and snow over the last year. They are very comfortable and about the only pair of shoes/boots I have owned that have not given me blisters.

Bobby Bloody Trendy !

GleeE4 · 02/01/2010 17:21

i tried on the rocket dog ones today
not good

tethersjinglebellend · 02/01/2010 17:22

I would rather chew off my own feet than be seen in a pair of Uggs. I hope it never comes to that.

hannahsaunt · 02/01/2010 17:29

They are horrid. They are as to winter as Crocs are to summer. I could maybe, just about understand them as slippers as per their original manufacturing purpose.

dexter73 · 02/01/2010 19:22

They are lovely!! Wish I had a pair!

LetThemEatCake · 02/01/2010 19:32

Ugg. Nice idea. So Ugggly. Don't like them going all creased, squashed sponge, turned in toes, flat feet. When they are grubby, they remind me of the Gruffalo...

New, clean, straight UGGs on well dressed individuals look lovely.

dexter73 · 02/01/2010 20:14

Thanks LTEC but am skint at the moment so can only lust after them on the web! Mind you it is my birthday next month....

dexter73 · 02/01/2010 20:15

Also must investigate Ugg outlet at Bicester.

HyacinthsDaughterinlaw · 02/01/2010 20:24

UGG convert since having DS3 in Sept. Gave up the fight tried them on in the shop and wondered why the hell did not own a pair. Heaven! Although I only really use them as slippers or if I know no one will see me!
