Animal print shoes? yea or neigh

Got a greeny blue dress, need some contrasting heels. I keep getting the urge for a bit of animal print - should I quash these feelings, or become at one with my inner barmaid?

and if they are asseptable, what about these?

haven't looked at the link as I hate animal print clothes so will say no.

FabIsGoingToBeFabIn2010 · 30/12/2009 18:51

Have now looked at the link and have to say they are quite classy and I never thought I would say that!

Well, I love a bit of animal print stuff and am the proud owner of some marvellous giraffe print Irregular Choice heels, so I say go for it. But not with those, they're rank.

MarthaFarquhar · 30/12/2009 18:59

got a link to yours, cyteen?

I was hoping you weren't going to link to Boden animal print shoes. I love a bit of Animal as much as the next man but Boden shoes are so...square

Matchingcardiganandtop · 30/12/2009 19:04

I have 2 pairs of animal print shoes but have to say those are not my cup of tea.

SpanishCYBILwar · 30/12/2009 19:04

how much sexier are these?

MarthaFarquhar · 30/12/2009 19:05

ok, ok, they are gross.

but I still want some bet lynch shoes. where are better?

tried office, but the print was all pre-faded and a bit too Winehouse

MarthaFarquhar · 30/12/2009 19:07

Matchingcardiganandtop · 30/12/2009 19:08

these are irregular choice as well

FabIsGoingToBeFabIn2010 · 30/12/2009 19:08

Don't like the ones with the bow on the front.

SpanishCYBILwar · 30/12/2009 19:09

satiney

SpanishCYBILwar · 30/12/2009 19:10

shame about the bow ones, I was pondering those for myself

MarthaFarquhar · 30/12/2009 19:10

ooh I like the satiny ones.
what are our thoughts about peeptoes and opaques?

OP posts:
SpanishCYBILwar · 30/12/2009 19:11

They most certainly are an irregular choice

SpanishCYBILwar · 30/12/2009 19:11

yes to peeps and opaques as long as no obvious seemage

cyteen · 30/12/2009 19:11

I can't find a link to them, sorry - they're a couple of years old. But if you're buying animal print you need them to be a bit trashy, i.e. not very Boden

Matchingcardiganandtop · 30/12/2009 19:12

I have some like the satiney ones that I wear for work. My tutor group sometimes roar at me when I walk in with them on.

SpanishCYBILwar · 30/12/2009 19:13

blimey just seen price on sateeny ones, bargain! (But no 8's for me )

MarthaFarquhar · 30/12/2009 19:14

oh balls, I'm an 8 too
