Help me choose between these 2 bags

I'm looking for a large shoulder bag for throwing lots of rubbish necessary stuff in when I'm out and about with my 2yo. I've got a fabric one at the moment but it looks so scruffy from being used when it's raining. I was looking at this or this but not sure what they'd be like to live with - anybody out there have either one? Or alternative suggestions are very welcome!

I like them both...that really helps you doesn't it?

geordieminx · 30/12/2009 08:06

first one would go with more?

They dont look very big though?

WhiteWineAndJaffaCakes · 30/12/2009 10:04

They're both slightly bigger than my current one so they should be ok. When I said 'large' I meant bigger than normal handbag size iyswim!

Brown one might be more versatile, true. Wondered whether pockets on green one were more practical though.

just make sure whatever you buy doesn't have a black lining, I can never find anything in those ones.

I like the first one more.

I prefer the brown one - like the different length straps too so you can be hands or shoulder-free - drives me mad bags slipping off my shoulder when dealing with kids, prams, shopping etc....

I think it looks smarter too and would go with more

I have ordered the brown one - good point MummyTumble about the straps. Thanks all!
