Size 3 boots on the top shelf.

Why? Why would anyone put size 3 boots on the top shelf and size 8 boots on the bottom shelf?

Have they not heard of logic? How many shortys have size 8 feet?

So come on M&S. Get your act together. Or should I keep a rope ladder in my handbag.

totally agree, Im an 8 or 9 and it's a PITA to have to bend down to the bottom shelf...nearly wrote to M&S the other day to have the same rant!

Yup - I have to get down on me bloody hands and knees to drag size 8s from the back of the bottom shelf - can't physically bend that low at 5'11''
