Are you trying to get free delivery? i find the codes they send me never work either, gave up trying to phone because its a call centre in india, last time they said they would apply to free delivery and then never did. Can you not get it delivered to store? ( mind they can never find my things i ordered when i go to collect) or if you place the order in store for home delivery i think its only £2. I just tend to place a big order and pay the charge, less hassle, no parking/petrol costs or stress from going to the store.

Next has been a bit rubbish lately......don't know whats going on. Theres only a couple of bits i want from the spring collection for the kids, one shirt for hubby and nothing for me.

I want to order 2 things we already have, can't even find them on line. Haven't even got as far as thinking about delivery.

I expect they have sold out.

if its from the winter book I wouldn't bother! Everything I tried to buy in November was sold out. Try Ebay

It is stuff I have bought on line. I would never have the directory, why should I pay for a catalogue . I have never been able to find anything on the site using a number off the item.
