The gap sale is crappola

No pyjamas AT ALL only xl or xs (which I really really wanted and no unwanted xmas pressie ones on ebay)

No fitted t-shirts, only ones with GAP all over them

Lots of batwing tops everywhere

V nice patent bag though, only 19.99

And no superking size bedding in the whole of town

The Gap outlet store is always really disappointing, IME. I remember a few years ago you used to get GREAT reductions at Gap - loads of stuff marked way down - but recently it's just all tat and hardly reduced.

i agree that Gap outlet is not really worth visiting for reasons already mentioned. except for socks from Gapkids.

Gap renew their stock every 6 weeks, so they neverhave decent january/summer sales...but you can always pick up a bargain from their sale rail.

They started their 50% off sale at the start of the week and I did my annual PJ shop - love their PJ's but never at full price, too expensive IMO. My mum was in on Wednesday and barely any nightwear left though. Their stuff has gone downhill in past couple years though and they've shut 2 stores where I live this year. Hope they improve though, used to be great for basics and kids.

I only buy kids stuff there and have found all the stuff this year very disappointing. Generally my kids Christmas clothes come from there but this year i just got a dress for dd3 (aged2) and a top for dd1 (aged 11) Everything else came from Fat Face or Boden. I think they got a bit obsessed with the Stella Mccartney stuff (which was dreadful and dull) and forgot to design anything else!
