agent provocateur - really bad quality

dh bought me a bag of bits and pieces for christmas - i was shocked by the quality tbh. obviously i tried them on briefly though i am not sure about returns and nor is he (having binned the receipts). i am also about the whole thing!
i would love to get my money back and buy something of my choice. does anybody know how to resolve this one?

I agree the quality's not great, and the sizes are odd too. I got some last year and I took it back (with receipt) and I had to change it for other stuff that was of equally bad quality, but not quite as tarty!

Don't know if you'll be able to change without a receipt.

TBH, I'd have preferred 4 nice sets from J Lewis or Bravissimo for the same price. Still, it's the thought that counts.

My dh was told they don't do refunds. Can exchange or get credit note only. Maybe you'll find something you like if you go looking yourself.

i'll have a go i think - i would rather have a few paairs of those fluffy shoes instead; they are MEANT to be tacky at least! how they get away with advertising ts as an upmarket brand escapes me. i wish he had bought me one of ola jordan's costumes on sale on her website; same amount of cloth though well made!

I have said fluffy shoes - they're fab in a tarty way.

Also got the nursing bra and knickers in pink which are lovely.

I'd try exchanging if i were you though.
