Not quite style perhaps but I want to sob my new wellies dont fit , can someone explain huntress wellies to me.

My new hunter wellies arrived today and I was so excited as my current wellies are uncomfy.

I am a fat bird so thought the huntress wellies would be the correct fit.

They are however really short in the leg, wide around the ankle but too tight around the calf.

Am i going to have to buy a different brand?

I think in general hunter wellies are made for tall skinny people..sorry. I am short and my wellies are from Joules(via ebay) and they fit fine. I am size 8 but chunky clves from running and riding

I will return them.

I see lots of people with my body shape wearing welllies, but clearly I must have very odd legs.

My Hunters were a real disappointment. The shaped heel means they really rub.

I am quite sad, obviously they are just wellies but as i spend so much time in my welies I wanted them to be comfy.
