perfume is a bit of an obsession with me, currently, I love anything by Theirry Mugler, although have just discovered the Clean range...the warm cotton smells like freshly laundered towels..not for everyone I appreciate...so what is your fav, does anyone have a signiture scent anymore or do you change scent with your mood?

I have Princess for daytime wear and then the Gwen Stefani one for nighttime as it's more musky, though I do have for christmas the Princess Rock

SparkyfartDust · 19/12/2009 16:54

I love wearing lime basil & manderin- Jo Malone. It helps me feel groomed, together and vibrant (I am non of those things...but it helps me feel that way!).

Jo malone is lovely..used to wear the grapefruit, it was also a vibrant scent, had no staying power though, don't know if that's just me or have others found this?

Chanel Chance eau fraiche and cool waters (love this in the summer). I love clean, fresh smells, have noticed most perfumes smell nice in the shop and on someone else but horrible on me, don't know what i do to them. Have been buying samples from ebay so i can wear them a few times before splashing out on a big bottle. The new Issy Mayike 'a scent' smelt lovely in my magazine so i bought a sample and its horrible, made me feel ill.

L'eau D'Issey by Issey Myake, Romance by Ralph Laurenand Happy by Clinique.

Paul Smith Rose and Stella by Stella McCartney.

I think DH has bought me Flower Bomb by Viktor & Rolf for Christmas......either that or its for his mistress !!

PhaseolusNativitatus · 19/12/2009 17:13

Jo Malone Amber and Lavender is my usual; I quite like that it's not too potent, pennyrain.

MaggieAnFiaRua · 19/12/2009 17:15

how posh!

ScottishBoris · 19/12/2009 17:20

I have Jean Paul Gautier, have worn it for years but looking at everyone else's am starting to think I may be a perfume loser...

4CALLINGBIRDSandnotout · 19/12/2009 17:21

Marc Jacobs Daisy - i'm addicted. And Agent Provocateur for a night out (or in!).

badietbuddy · 19/12/2009 17:24

Riven, I can't imagine that Stella would be tested on animals. Happy to be corrected though. It is my absolute favourite.

It's Stella Mccartney Riven, which is why I can't see that it would be animal tested. STella is lovely, it's rose scented, but if you want a really gentle scent, try the Stella Nude

Yep

bluebump · 19/12/2009 17:31

The Stella one is lovely, I agree.

I use Ralph Lauren Polo Sport for Women but it has been discontinued. I found some in Spain last year but at 40 euros a bottle I didn't stock up and settled for just one!

Sandy22 · 19/12/2009 17:33

Spellbound by Estee Lauder
Lola by Marc Jacobs

Avadtovote4TeamColaYeahBaby · 19/12/2009 17:33

Ghost, Angel, Flower but mostly JPG Classique.

SantaClausImWorthIt · 19/12/2009 17:35

Absolutely Rose by Stella McCartney is lovely - a little like turkish delight!

My usual 'work' perfume is Coco by Chanel. Sometimes I wear Jo Malone (lime, basil and mandarin,) but feel it's more of a summer fragrance.

Shoshe · 19/12/2009 17:35

Channel No.5 and Georgio's Red, have done for years, but lately have been wearing Stella by Stella McCartney as was given some for last Christmas, and loved it.

(Must admit to wearing Avon Far and Away as everyday as well, as work as a CM, but cannot not wear perfume, but dont think the children would appriciate the more expensive ones )

purplepeony · 19/12/2009 17:41

Channel 19, Sisley Eau de Lune, and just got a sample of Issy Mayake A Scent- anyone else got it?

I also like Arden Green Tea and L'Occitaine Verbena but don't have them!
