Liquid Eyeliner, how?

Hiya,
So Ive got to 28 without using liquid eyeliner (wear eyeliner, pencil, almost every day!).

I bought some, and can't do it. It seems to be too thick. How do I do it to have a nice thin line?

Perhaps i'm not applying my mascara wrong.

perhaps I AM applying my mascra wrong... god know where that 'not' came from

you definitely need mascara to finish it off

curl your lashes then wiggle your mascara brush into the roots before sweeping up. Again, I use a no 7.
