Does everyone who wears Ugg boots shuffle when walking

Is it some form of walking that can only be acheived by wearing them? Every single person I see in town wearing them is shuffling their feet on teh pavement

I think the people shuffling are either wearing fakes or else they would probably walk like that in any shoes. Slouchy gait is prob equivalent to bad posture.

If they aren't shuffling, they are walking on the side of the boot. Looks so uncomfortable!

I'm wearing mine and am in no way shuffling or in danger of falling over. My office is cold and they are very very toastie.

Mine are real cardi ones and they don't fit properly, guess i'm an inbetweenie size so i shuffle. They're comfy and warm though!

nicolamumof3wisemen · 17/12/2009 17:51

no shuffling over here either! love them, i'd sooner be warm rather than anything else atm!

I have classic style Uggs and no, I don't shuffle. Why would I? Mine fit fine and they have a proper foot part to the boot, so when I walk I am able to walk properly.

7y DD has some Emu boots, very similar. She also walk properly.

Hulababy · 17/12/2009 18:03

Real ones don't fall to the side as they have a proper built up foot apart to the boot.

This is the thing I looked for esp whn buying DD's boots. i didn't want the cost of Uggs and found Emus had a similar foot part.

The cheap ones stretch and are impossible to keep on. My friend told me.
