Too much black?

I picked up this top in Asda tonight & am considering wearing it to work pub meal tomorrow.

Trouble is, the only things I have that I think go with it are black leggings and black slouch boots.

Is that too much black? What else could I put with it? Is it even a nice top?

I'll try it out with footless tights too. I think I have some left from a couple of years ago.
