boden sizing coming up big or have i lost weight?

bought the button through skirt in the sale - can't believe it won't sit on my waist in the right way. i am sure they must be cutting more generously these days. is it the skirt? is it me? is it them?

I find Boden skirts sit on my hips rather than my waist.

Their sizing is rather random, imo. In some things I am a mere size 8.....in others a 12. Now, either my weight is up and down faster than a tart's knickers or Johnnie needs to get his act together on the sizing front

I also think their sizing can be pretty random. But I'm sure you've lost weight too.

well it's an eight too; i don't think they do it in a six- i would hate to no longer be able to buy skirts from there. it is such a pain having to send stuff back. either that or do a v hot wash to shrink it!!
