Nothing too grown up but obv not Axe deodorant! Am thinking of one of the Calvin Klein ones perhaps? What is nice?

Many thanks!

I bought my nearly 16 year old a set from Body Shop. Its called Activist and seems quite nice and not too overpowering.

They had a special offer and I got him the deoderant to go with it. I think the whole lot (bag, underarm, aftershave, shower gel) cost be about £20.

My DS who is 14 uses Lynx if that helps at all.

I bought my little brother (who would have been about 17) Space NK Man a couple of years ago and it was a big hit - he has even requested replacement bottles!

My DS liked this when he was an older teenager.(he still does actually) here

thank you all for your suggestions. Will try out lots at the weekend and see how I smell! Its hard to buy perfume etc as a present as its such a personal thing but I do want it to be a surprise.

another vote for CKone, also Roger et Gallet vetyver - nice and lemony - anything to steer them away from the overuse of horrible deodorant

no- he should be focusing on school work and healthy activities like the scouts, not spraying himself to smell like a tart's boudoir
