I want to buy some trousers that are not jeans or legings but have no idea where to go or what to buy.

I am 37yrs old, 5'7" and a size 12. I'm quite slim but do have the belly of a mother of 2 s0 cannot have too low a waist. I have no idea what style I should go for or what's in fashion.

Any tips would be great!

i am the same as you
long legs short wasit
its a BID deal.
i find the cut that is best is gap for jeans
kew for work trews
NExt (oddly) for cords etc but have to get the LONG lenght - their work wear trousers do NOT fit

Gap sometimes have non jeans trews in too

same here - Warehouse and Wallis also pretty good for trousers as they are a decent length and usually don't have horribly low slung waistbands

Check out 'Hot to look good naked C4 ' scroll down to where it says 'Goks fshion site click on fashion just for you and then take the body shpe quetionaire when completed it will tell you your body shape and how to choose clothes that flatter you so you will always look great trust me it never fails and theres also a few things that will surprise you that you can wear even though you'd have dismissed them out of hand before.
