Any curling tong recommendations?

My sis wants curling tongs for Christmas. She already had GHD straighteners so I would imagine she wants something of a similar standard - she does curl her hair with the straighteners but I think she wants the full tonged ringlet effect. Her words were "big fat metal ones".

These ones are a lot more chunky than normal. Saw them recommended in a magazine this week and am thinking of getting some.

I am getting the babyliss curling wand thing as they were highly recommended on here by Jewels & gems. I made a note for my Xmas list and dp has been shown them in Boots.....
