why do shops assume every1 has small boobs

today i bought a gorgeous dress from h&m i couldnt try it on as dd was in her baby sling so bought a size bigger to give room for my boobs. i came home and couldnt wait to try it on (ive been looking for something for a wedding for ages and eventually found this) turns out couldnt get the zip up over my boobs am totally gutted as i bought it in glasgow and thats an hours drive away and wont get a chance to change it. will have to see if there is 1 in aberdeen as thats where the wedding is.

but my point is why do they make larger sizes but dont make room for ur boobs

Annoys me too, starshaker. Even shops like Evans always seem to assume that you have tiny boobs, perched right underneath your chin.

Drives me nuts too. I have never found a dress to fit since I was 12. It is soooo annoying when it fits everywhere else except over boobies!

Im with you on this im 18 weeks pregnant and am a size 20 on top when not pregnant mainly due to big boobs...but do they assume size 20 pregnant people are going to have even bigger boobs than normal ..NO!!! So annoying ive come across so many maternity tops where the bit that is supposed to come under the boobs comes across them. Makes me mad too!!!

I can't find dresses to fit me anywhere. I have to buy skirts and blouses. My normal size is a 10 on bottom and a 12/14 on top. I also have normal thighs - fairly muscular b/c I enjoy being athletic. Can't find a pair of jeans that fit properly to save myself.

exactly they say they make clothes to fit real women well what are we fake lol
