But am currently flabby and out of shape due to stopping smoking in August. Help.

I need a black party frock for lots of upcoming Christmas parties. All my friends are size 8 demure petite things.

But I am now a size 14. Tall. Dark hair if that helps.

I cant face going into Town to try things on. 6 months ago I would have worn something tight, very short and a little bit racey.

Now I need a tent.

Oh no. Sorry sorry.Its not a size thing, its the fact that nothing in my wardrobe fits at all.

I read that back and it came out all wrong.

No I am not a good nice shape 14 at all. I am lumpy and pear shaped.

Even my Mum asked me seriously today if I was pregnant

don't be depressed. you have given up the ciggies and that is a MAJOR achievement. you will lose the weight in time and you will be smug and healthy

think of all the £££ you are saving to buy a lovely new wardrobe
