Eyeliner help - why does it always slide off??

I love eyeliner as I think it makes you look like you've made a bit of an effort even if its the only make up you're wearing.

But mine, both pencil and liquid, slides off and settles unattractively in the one and only wrinkle below my eye!!

Is it because I am applying them wrong? Or becuase I am using cheap stuff (Rimmel).

Any recommendations so I can treat myself for Christmas parties?

Try MAC Liquidlast Liner, be carful though if you get it in the wrong place you have to be very quick removing it. It is like permanent marker lol. Comes in a lovely range of colours too.

Bourjois liquid liner is excellent and lasts all day as well.

permanent doesnt sound like its good for me! I'm not so accurate putting it on, so I usually have to aim for smokey eye look!

Dou you wear foundation or concealer? I always powder over my concealer or the liner does tend to run. Nothing to do with cheap liner, Rimmel should still stay put.
