My hands are so dry

What can I use? I've tried so many moisturisers -vaseline intensive care, the Norwegian one, body shop hemp, l'occitane, tesco value etc etc. but the longest they work for is about half an hour, then hands are back to horrible dry cracking state they were before.

Any miracle products? Or do I really have to wear rubber gloves when I'm washing up (I hate them!)

I suffer from excema on one palm and have tried soooooo many differnet remedies - Lush do a decent hand cream called helping hands which is pretty good, but my favourite one, which I just bought again, is Body Shop's almond Oil repair cream. It comes in a tub, is really thick and lovely, smells good and actually works. soothes and comforts straight away.

Highly recommend. It's about £8.
