Gorgeous soft brown bag/briefcase needed for DH's present

Not sure where to start with this, but I want to get him a lovely bag that's smart enough for work but not too buttoned-up, IYSWIM. Soft, rather than those hard rectangular ones. Needs to be relaxed classic rather than trendy. Any leads/ideas very welcome!

My Dh has this. I bought for him for our leather wedding anniversary a few years ago. It just gets better and better the more it ages.

TK Maxx have one (Ashworth) that is a brown suede messenger bag and it's only £40- bought one for DH's Christmas and it's lovely, not too formal but still tidy enough for meetings iykwim.
