i might be hoping for the impossible but was wondering if anyone can recommend any non-surgical method of getting my flat firm tummy back after having DS 8 months ago?

i can't do magic pants as i like breathing and eating!

i am willing to do exercise, well within reason!

mrsflux - google the Tupler Method. I bought the Mama Mio Tummy Bootcamp pack over the summer and it is fab. All with lovely lotions and potions (which definitely improved skin tone), there were a series of exercises designed by an american midwife. They work on the premise of tightening the obliques - which act as a corset and give us a waist. She argues that regular crunches are a no-no as they are often done incorrectly and cause a rounding of the tummy post-natally.

These exercises, together with pilates is the way forward I reckon. I still had marked separation of my abs 5 years after birth of DS2. They are definitely much closer together now and I have a waist
