Anyone use Clinique Dramatically Different moisturiser in a pump bottle?

If so, how on earth do you get the last few centimetres of moisturiser out of the bottle?!

I've taken to unscrewing the pump and scraping the bottom of the pump's straw thingy around the remaining moisturiser but there's still loads left I just can't reach.

I can't cut it or turn it upside down and there is far too much left to just bin it so what do I do?!

I do and it is a pain . I end up taking the pump bit off an dturning it upside down to get the last bits out . I have got an old lid off another cream that I use .

unscrew and shake.

Turn it upside down and then have to take the pump off every time I use it. Really annoying.

Thanks all, I guess upside down is the route to go (and buying the normal squeezy tube next time!)
