I like this style of hair photo but what is it?
Blow dry?
Perm?
Extensions?
All of the above?

Probably extensions. But you can get the same effect with a new perm if you have long hair.

Or large barrel rollers if you have the time.

Yes, prob all of the above
Added to which it's probably elnetted to within an inch of its life with the hairdresser poised armed with pins and serum just behind the photographer
I want that hair too.

I do my hair in that style. I blow dry using a large ceramic-barrel brush for lots of lift & volume. Then I make the waves with a large barrel curling tong. The ones I have is from about '95 when "The Rachel" was THE hairstyle to have

Wow Tulpe, what's your natural hair like? Mine is fine and straight, have I got any chance?

Mine is fine too and is straight-ish (although not poker straight, iyswim). Try it!
I am generally rather useless with my hair - never looks "polished" day to day. However, when I do that style, I am always asked if I have had my hair done........

So, either my hair is shockingly crap usually and my friends choose not to comment OR I'm not too shoddy with the curling tongs

Oh and I give it a quick spray with James Brown hairspray to hold it - still looks good by the end of a night
