Help me with finding this pair of jeans please

Has anybody found any skinny jeans that dont sit just above the pubic bone?

I am after a pair of skinny jeans that are not low waisted - I dont want them particularly high waisted, just want them to sit on my waist and hide muffin top.

Also dont want to spend a lot on them because I only want them to be able to tuck them into my boots.

I can't find any that are reasonable price and the right waist. Surely you cant all wear those really low rise ones

Uniqlo do 'mid-rise skinny jeans' - £15.

What about jeggings?

My Tesco (£12) jeggings are quite high waisted imho, they are much more comfortable than skinny jeans, but I do need to pull them up more often, due to lack of belt hoops.
