Party Dress Panic - Flabby Arms

Christmas party next week and I'm hoping to wear a sleeveless dress but my upper arms seem to have suddenly from nowhere developed a doughy consistency with some fetching dimples in them - and then there's the bingo wings - any quick fixes anyone can recommend? Please!

do what i always end up doing - get a bolero jacket or a shrug.

For the longer term: half press ups, that is, everything from the knees downwards stays on the floor. 15 every morning.
Your bingo wings will go in 4 weeks. If you are overweight - you didn't say - the doughy bits will stay until you get a bit thinner. Arms are the easiest bits to fix in this way.

Now for my face...Hmmmmmm. : o

Thanks echt - they're the only press ups I can do so I'll do lots this week and hope for the best.

Thanks Vicar - I have one to wear but no doubt I'll get drunk and be made to dance so will get a bit hot to wear it all night.

Start with the pressups

Wear the bolero to begin the party

Get sloshed. Remove bolero and you wont even remember that you have flabby arms!!

Do you have any handweights? If not use tins of beans or something. Dips on the edge of the bath are good. Do some arm exercises every day. Also some decent cream will help to improve the appearance of the skin.

You might want to try some very light fake tan- brown flab always look less flabby!
